Lenten Holden Evening Prayer with Character Dramas

Wednesday nights beginning February 21st at 7:00 PM we will gather in the small Chapel (turn left at the end of the main hall) for Holden Evening Prayer and dramatic portrayals of key New Testament characters. Our cast members are working hard to prepare--so please come and support them! You'll find the chapel is an especially lovely intimate setting with wonderful acoustics for our singing. We will also live stream the service on Zoom using the same link, ID & password we use for Sunday mornings for those who cannot attend in person.

This Lenten season please join Pastor Susan Langhauser (and Pastor Alix) on Zoom each Monday at 6:30PM (beginning Feb. 19th with Season 1, Episode 2) as we watch and discuss The Chosen (starting with season 1).
Pastor Langhauser will stream the video in our Zoom meeting and then lead us in an open discussion. She has presented this series three or four times with other groups and also worked as an "extra" during the filming of Season 4 -- so she's our resident expert!
We will watch two episodes each week and follow with discussion concluding around 8:00PM.
Please watch Season 1, Episode 1 on your own before the first session.

If you aren't able to participate every Monday you can watch on your own for free at watch.thechosen.tv (3 seasons). Seasons 1 and 2 are also available on Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Peacock, and other streaming services. If you download the free phone app "The Chosen" you can watch "on the go" or "cast" it to any smart TV. The app also allows you to access additional resources (also free).
